Impressive Service and Spacious Rooms

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the spacious and clean room made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly attentive. when I requested an iron, they brought it up immediately. Despite hearing mixed reviews about breakfast, I found the overall service and attention to detail truly outstanding. It would be great if they had a softer pillow selection, though!

I was thrilled with the early check-in, being welcomed at 9:00 AM which set a fantastic tone for our stay. Upgrading to the Royal Suite was a game-changer. the space was divine and incredibly comfortable. The room service was prompt and surprisingly reasonable for a 5-star hotel, making it an ideal choice for future visits.

All fine, but cleanliness issues.

Beautiful, clean rooms, exceptional reception staff.

Had to buy swim caps for 1550 pkr just to take a dip. felt like I was being nickeled and dimed. No towels by the pool and the changing rooms were poor and perpetually wet. The air conditioning in the room struggled to keep cool and the balcony was dusty, cramped, and awkwardly housed the AC unit. The jacuzzi access required extra fees and that surprised me, along with the usual inconvenience of having to repeatedly ask for items like additional towels or a hair dryer.

My room was massive, lekker comfy bed, and brekkie was top-notch! Those waiters were on it, bringing me exactly what I craved without me even asking. The staff was super friendly, really made me feel like family.

My stay at Jacaranda Heights was delightful! The spacious Standard Double Room was pristine, equipped with modern amenities like a smart TV and great air conditioning. The attentive staff, especially during breakfast, provided warm and prompt service throughout my visit.

Located near shopping areas, the ambiance was pleasant with 24/7 security ensuring a safe stay. The large rooms offered a comfortable bed with clean linen, which made for a cozy sleep. cleanliness was an issue as our room wasn’t properly cleaned, and we found hair on the bedding. hot water was missing one night, although staff addressed it promptly in the morning. The food, especially the cottage cheese dishes, was enjoyable and quite a highlight of our stay.

the internet was slow, but the breakfast buffet was excellent! really fresh food and great variety. the swimming pool was nice too, big enough to enjoy. also, the kids' play area was well-equipped.

Recommend it for families looking for luxury

Upon my arrival, we were treated with such hospitality, it felt like family! ! Brother Izhaar at reception made sure we had everything we needed without even asking. The room was HUGE and spacious, came with smart TV's and a great AC, perfect for our family evenings together!

It wasn't the cheapest place around, but given the experience, it was acceptable.

Nice place but needs cleaning

Stayed here with friends for a night. The pool was a blast, and I loved chillin' at the snack bar. But honestly, the room was a bit shabby with some leftover hairs on the beds. the staff took forever to get us extra towels. Would've been perfect otherwise!

Family with children should definitely consider it

We went during Ramadan so they ensured that we were fed iftaar and suhoor and the chef is amazing. They arranged pick up service from the airport for us and ensured any taxis and all travel arrangements were made on our behalf.

It wasn’t the cheapest around but still acceptable.

The amenities were top-notch! Loved the pristine quality of the rooms and the hospitality made us feel right at home.

Felt very welcomed, nothing too much trouble.
